Ian Woollett's 60 years of Sentinelling

Ian has owned his Sentinel SD4 for 60 years this March. The waggon was only 22 years old when he bought it! This has to be a record in several different ways.

It is worth noting that Ian had previously had a Foden but as he said, ‘Fodens are beautifully built but the wrong concept altogether’.

Nigel Cheffers-Heard, who is the photographer, visited us all at Chatham. He took this splendid photo of Ian Woollett in the engine room of Barking.

Sentinel Rally 2013

This year the Sentinel Drivers club will be attending the Stroud Vintage Transport & Engine Club stage their 39th Annual Show at South Cerney Airfield on the outskirts of Cirencester in Gloucestershire. August 2nd, 3rd & 4th 2013

If you are paying for a membership please place the paypal transaction ID on the form. Once the funds have been transferred to our account you will then recieve your item.

If when sending the money you select purchase instead of personnel payment you will have to pay the fees before the club will send your item.

THE CLUB
The Sentinel Drivers Club is solely a voluntary run club, consisting of Sentinel owners, drivers, firemen/women, helpers and most importantly enthusiasts of anything Sentinel. We as a Club can boast an internationally based membership with global recognition.

This website has been set up and managed to bring you an online overview of what we the Sentinel Drivers Club are all about.

You do not need to be a member of the club to view our website but we always welcome new enthusiasts who may wish to join at any time.
